Buy Back Offer
The buyer of the car will be the recipient of the “Buy Back Offer” program, which is valid for the initial 30 days or 350 miles (whichever occurs first). This program will only apply in certain circumstances, which include the vehicle being utilized for a maximum of 30 days or 350 miles, without any unprofessional or excessive repairs, abnormal usage, or damage that was not previously present. It is important to note that the program does not cover vandalism, sabotage, or theft.
When the buyer opts for our Buy-Back Guarantee, they agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The buyer must initiate the request for the buy-back via email no later than the 30th calendar day from the date of the online purchase (purchase date is considered 0).
- The car must be paid for and located on the buyer’s property at the time of the buy-back request.
- The buyer must not have sold or transferred the vehicle to any third party after the online purchase date.
- It may take approximately 30 days to verify the eligibility of the vehicle for buy-back. An inspection will be conducted and evaluated by the program administrator to confirm the condition of the vehicle at the time of online purchase.
Buy Back Offer Conditions
The following are the conditions that must be met for eligibility for the buy-back program:
- The condition of the vehicle must be the same as, or better than, what was indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
- The car must qualify for inspection under the Terms and Conditions of Sharp Motor at the time of the buy-back request.
- The Buy-Back Guarantee cannot be added or removed after the purchase.
- Upon confirmation of the buy-back, the buyer will be informed, and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after Sharp Motor receives the transferable title from the buyer.
- The car will remain on the buyer’s property after being repurchased under the Buy-Back Guarantee program until it is picked up by one of our cars (which could take around 7 days after the buyer receives the refund), and the buyer must assist with the remarketing process as needed, including allowing inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating vehicle pickup.
- The buyer must take commercially reasonable care in storing the car safely, in accordance with industry standards. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss to the car after it has been repurchased until it is picked up from the buyer’s property.
- Sharp Motor reserves the right to restrict the number of items for which a buyer may purchase the buy-back policy.
